Do they fit big or small?
They typically fit slightly bigger so you can have the option to wear them with socks! If you are a half size and we don’t have your size available, it may be best to pick a size down. Keep in mind that our slippers are open toed and can cover a range of sizes.
Do they cure foot pain?
Most of our customers who experience foot pain say they help a lot! But, no they do not cure foot pain. Pillow Slides do however compress with each step and absorb the position of your foot, making it more comfortable then most footwear.
Why do they shrink in the sun?

Are they as comfy as they look?
Totally, but they are slightly stiffer when you get them. They're designed this way to allow for them to truly mold to your feet for optimal comfort - wear them for a week to break them in and they will soften up, or soak them in warm water for 30 minutes.
Are they waterproof?
Yes, you can wear them in any condition! Wear them at the beach, inside, in the shower, on a walk, the list goes on!
Do these fit wide feet?
Yes, the pillow slides fit wide feet.

Do you sell in men's?
We do however our current sizing is limited to a size 10.5. We're working on increasing our range of sizing.
What are they made of?
Pillow Slides are made of EVA, for soft compression, comfort and durability.
They are more stiff than advertised, why is that?
The EVA material we use is designed to break in over time, they are supposed to be stiff right when you get them. If you want to skip the “break in” period, then soak them in warm-hot water for 30 minutes.
What currency do you charge in?
We are in USD, but your local currency of what your card will be charged should show on the product page. For example, if you are in Canada it should show the equivalent of 29.99 USD converted to CAD on the product page.
Do you offer wholesale?

What's your return policy?
For order modifications, let us know the same day of your order for any changes. We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping or if we ship you the wrong size.Just let us know, send pictures, and we send you a new pair or refund you instantly. Our Returns Policy timeframe is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address. I received the wrong size, what do I do?
If we've sent you the wrong slides, we'll send you over a replacement right away to make it right. In the case that you've ordered the incorrect size, you can ship it back to us and send us the tracking information, and once the tracking updates we will send you a new pair.

Return address varies depending on your location. Contact our support team for further details.
How do I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel within 24 hours of your order being placed, email us the reason for cancelling with your order number and we will cancel it. Please be aware that we have seen knock off companies that are advertising our product and scamming people! If your order has already been processed, you will have to wait until you receive it, then ship it back to us. Once it is shipped back to us we will refund you.

How do I track my order?

When will my tracking be updated?
Tracking can take up to 3 days to update, this does not mean that it has not shipped yet. It could be on route to you, sometimes there are just delays in the tracking.
When will I get my order?
United States Orders: Between 2-5 days of placing your order + 1 day of processing time.
International Orders: Between 10-15 days of placing your order + 1 day of processing time.
