Please be aware there are COVID-19 delays on all orders. USPS has stated that there will be delays and can't guarantee any shipping times on orders. With that being said we offer partial refunds for orders that do not arrive within 30 days.
We are not accepting refunds if your order has not arrived and is still in the quoted deliver time + processing time. We expect that you read our shipping policy before placing your order.
Once you place an order we must process it, pack it, stamp it then deliver it to the shipping company. This process takes 1 - 4 business days depending on the amount of orders placed the same day as yours.
Once your order has reached the shipping company it will take the follow time frame to be delivered to you.

PRIORITY INSURED & TRACKED SHIPPING: This just puts your order at the front of the line and reduces the "processing time". It does not change the shipping time stated above.
